Eligibility: This training is exclusively offered to participants who have completed or are currently enrolled in one of our Art of Vinemaking cohort programs.
The Art of Vinemaking Guide Training is a 3-week formation experience designed to equip you to lead Art of Vinemaking cohorts in your own context or in partnership with our broader community.
This is not simply a skills-based training—it is an invitation to be formed as a leader who cultivates flourishing in others.
Together, we will explore what it means to:
Lead from a contemplative, relational posture
Cultivate spaces where people can encounter God and one another
Facilitate meaningful, transformative group experiences rooted in the vineyard metaphor
3 live sessions (90 minutes each)
Small group interaction + reflection
Practical facilitation tools and frameworks
Spiritual formation integrated throughout
Each session builds on the previous one, moving from inner formation → community leadership → contextual application.
You also receive one (1) one hour one-on-one coaching session with one of our trainers to help you discern how to design your cohort for your unique context.
Mondays, June 1, 8, 15
12:00-1:30pm ET | 10:00-11:30am PT | 4:00-5:30pm GMT
